Pendant Alert Systems for elderly people who may become immobile and need help

Purpose: These devices provide a person with the ability to call for help if they can't get to or dial the phone. They are used for elderly people who may fall and not be able to get to or dial the phone.

How they work: The person wears a communication device that allow them to sound an alarm with a remote help desk through a phone console in the residence and communicate that they need help. The remote help desk will assess the situation and call the necessary emergency service to go to the person in trouble.
