Renaissance
Cosmetics and AM Cosmetics: As Chief Information Officer for these full supply
chain consumer products companies with plans to grow to over $500 million
sales in three years, we established technical environments with Internet
connectivity, E-commerce connection with customers and trading partners,
enterprise wide standard systems and merged multiple companies to achieve
organization synergies. Developed organization wide education and training
program.
Hanover
Direct: As Chief Information Officer for this $850 million retailer with
catalogues, retail stores and Internet distribution channels, developed strategic
operational and planning systems to assure product availability to customers
on demand; modernized and rationalized multiple call centers to achieve a
high level of customer service; and merged multiple companies into a common

Cablevision:

formed in 2002 to introduce a unique approach that merges best practices
in information technology project management with organization development
and change.
Before
starting S. W. Reilly & Associates Mr. Reilly worked as Chief Information Officer
and senior organization development consultant for American Home Products
(currently Wyeth), Ketchum & Company, Sara Lee, Electrolux and Andersen
Consulting (currently Accenture).
American
Home Products: Significantly upgraded the organizations and information technology
capabilities throughout the enterprise including operational, supply chain
and global information systems. The technology was developed to allow the
company to continue to grow while delivering 10% or more earnings growth
per year. During this period sales grew from $7 billion to $14 billion and
profits grew from $1 Billion to $2 billion.
Ketchum & Company:
Restructured the business to reduce costs and upgrade customer service. The
business was a diversified consumer products company with a core high volume,
quick response wholesale drug business that had to operate with the razor
thin margins and provide quality, innovative E-commerce systems in order
to compete.
Electrolux
Corporation (Division of Sara Lee): Upgraded the organization and technology
in all functional areas, developed standard systems and supported restructuring
the business to reduce operating costs and improve customer service. The
Sara Lee Culture forced performance measurement since the edit was "if you
can't measure it, you can't do it." The IT initiatives reduced product cost,
reduced operating expenses and improved customer service. We used systems
as the vehicle to promote standardization in the business and to allow consolidation
of manufacturing, administration and distribution.
Andersen
Consulting (currently Accenture): Information technology planning, systems
development, implementation and project management including complex, high
volume, high performance systems for Fortune 500 companies in consumer products,
financial services and utility industries. Clients included Sara Lee Corporation,
Amstar, Columbia Gas System, Kraft, Carrier, Chase Manhattan Bank and GTE.
Steve has received
