Jan. 2003: Steve Reilly - 19 Vineyard Lane, Westport. January 2003. We called to assess and repair Leak. They came when they said they would come, assesed the situation as not a result of plumbing but a leak in bathroom tile and charges were reasonable. I will continue to use Flaherty Plumbing.

Feb. 2005. Steve Reilly - 19 Vineyard Lane, Westport. We called for repair of two leaks. They came when planned, performed quality work and price was competitive. I will continue of use Flaherty Plumbing.

Steve Reilly - 19 Vineyard Lane, Westport. On Monday 2/14/05 I called to say that we had two leaks. Lou said that he would be out this week to assess situation but would not be able to do the work this week. He did not show up. In a conversation on Monday 2/21 when I called to ask why he did not come and his plans, he said that he was busy with emergencies, was coming to work for us as a favor to a friend and explained in a hostile tone that he did not commit to do anything. I will not call this plumber again.
